(a) A voltage of $\mathrm{v}=100 \sin (314 \mathrm{t}+0)$ is applied across a resistance and inductance in series . A current of $10 \sin (314 t-\pi / 6)$ flows through the circuit. Calculate the value of $R$ and $L$ of the circuit. Also calculate power and power factor. 8
Explanation
To calculate R and L, we used the voltage and current equations. We then used the power factor to calculate the power and power factor of the circuit.
