Compare and contrast FET and BJT
Explanation
FETs and BJTs are both semiconductor devices used for amplification and switching. However, they have different characteristics. FETs have high input impedance, low power consumption, and high frequency operation, but no current gain. BJTs have low input impedance, high power consumption, and low frequency operation, but high current gain.
